Easily and securely share a password with your family group using Google Password Manager on your phone.

iOS

1. Tap the Chrome menu > Password Manager.
2. Select the password you’d like to share, then tap Share.
3. Choose the family members you want to share the password with.

Android

1. Tap the Chrome menu > Settings > Password Manager.
2. Under Search passwords, select the password you’d like to share, then tap Share.
3. Choose the family members you want to share the password with.

Easily Extract Text from Scanned PDFs
Chrome now lets you search, select, and copy text from scanned PDFs with ease.

1. When you open a scanned PDF on a webpage, view it using Chrome’s PDF Viewer.
2. The PDF will quickly become interactive.
3. You can then search, select, or copy any text you need.

Customisation

A New Way to Customise Your Toolbar
Pin your favourite features and shortcuts as toolbar buttons for quicker access.

1. At the top of your browser, select the Chrome menu > More Tools > Customise Chrome.
2. From the side panel, browse the list of toolbar buttons for easy access to features like Bookmarks, Print, Search with Google Lens, and more.
3. Select the buttons you’d like to pin, and they’ll appear on your toolbar.

Security

Faster, More Secure Checkouts with Autofill
Now, you can fill in your payment card details using the same method you use to unlock your device—whether that’s with a fingerprint, face scan, or screen lock PIN—eliminating the need to enter your card’s security code manually.

1. Go to Settings > Autofill and Passwords > Payment Methods.
2. Enable manual verification every time you pay using autofill to use your biometrics at checkout.
