O nome foi escolhido pensando em explicar bem o que é o site. O DP tem dois sentidos. Tanto são minhas iniciais do meu nome de assinatura de matérias por tanto tempo no jornalismo (Daniel Praciano) quanto um termo ligado a cibersegurança (Data Protection ou proteção de dados em português). Tech trends são duas palavras muito buscadas nos últimos anos que quer dizer, em português, tendências tecnológicas. Algo que não se limita a inovações na área de produtos, mas soluções e novas tecnologias.

The name was chosen thinking about explaining well what the site is. DP has two meanings. It is both the initials of my signature name for articles for so long in journalism (Daniel Praciano) and a term linked to cybersecurity (Data Protection). Tech trends are two very sought-after words in recent years that mean. Something that is not limited to innovations in the area of products but solutions and new technologies.
